We have several committees that you can join if you haven’t already. You can contact those committee through our directory. Committees available include Chaperones, Concessions, Equipment & Transportation, Feed the Band, and Uniforms.
All of our volunteers need to have a current Volunteer Application on file and approved.
There is a $10 fee for all “NEW” Volunteers.
New = Anyone who “HAS NOT” been a volunteer at anytime since 2011.
New applications will not be processed until payment is received by HCS.
We recommend that everyone watch the below video for FAQs and instructions on the application process.
At the end of the video is the HCS POCs phone number that can provide assistance and answer any questions.
The new application is automated and can only be completed on the Hardin County Schools Website
