Our 23rd annual North Pole Craft Show sponsored by the North Hardin Trojan Band is on Saturday, November 23, 2013. The craft show is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This craft show is an excellent fundraiser for the marching band, as well as a fun community event for Radcliff. Our craft show features 70 vendor booths, a visit from Santa Claus, gift wrapping, a full service concessions area, bake sale, raffle and silent auction. There are a variety of ways that you can help.
SECTION WRAPPING SUPPLIES: Each section is responsible for helping to supply the gift wrapping area. This helps to keep the cost minimal and profit high for the band. Items can be dropped off in the band room during the week, Friday after school or Saturday morning before 9:00 am in the cafeteria.
BRASS: Wrapping Paper
WOODWINDS: Ribbon and Bows
PERCUSSION: Scotch Tape & Christmas Tags
COLOR GUARD: Boxes & Bags
The dollar store is excellent place to grab any of these items!
BAND MEMBER & BOOSTER VOLUNTEERS: Band members will be signing up to volunteer on Tuesday at school.
We will need help on Friday night after school with vendor setup. A crew of band dads will be needed to help setup electricity lines. Volunteers are needed on Saturday to help with setup, cleanup, assisting vendors, wrapping gifts and working in the concession area. Doors will open 6:00 am, with cleanup after 4:00 pm.
SUPPLY DONATIONS: We will need extension cords (clearly marked with your name), duct tape, scissors (again, clearly marked), hand trucks or flatbed dollies. These can be dropped off after school on Friday. If you need assistance with transportation, please call David Huddle at 270-312-0735.
CORN BREAD: In addition to wrapping supplies and volunteers, we will also need corn bread to be served with our traditional NHHS beans. If you can bake a pan of corn bread, please drop it off Friday after school or Saturday morning before 9:00 am in the cafeteria.
BAKE SALE: We would love to have your donated HOME-BAKED goods (NO STORE BOUGHT!) for the bake sale. You can drop off your item(s) Friday after school or Saturday morning before 9:00 am in the cafeteria.
RAFFLE & SILENT AUCTION: If you are a crafter and have a HAND-CRAFTED item that you would like to donate for the raffle (low cost items) or silent auction (pricier items), please contact Michele Buzzard at 707-972-3658 or Stacy Huddle at 270-312-5709.
BOOSTER MEETING: There is a booster meeting November 19 at 7:00 pm to discuss the North Pole Craft Show. We strongly encourage you to attend if you would like to learn more about our show.
